What are the file types needed for screenprinting?

Files types that are necessary for screenprinting include .ai, .eps, or .cdr, as these are vector files that are composed of paths, and can be manipulated without the artwork losing detail. Other file types such as .jpg, .psd, .bmp, .png, .gif, .tiff and .pdf may require a redraw fee.

What is the minimum order requirement?

For embroidery there is a 12 item order minimumum, while for screenprinting there is a 24 item order minimum.

What are the setup fees?

For screenprinting: $20/color
For embroidery: $10/1000 stitches -
What is the turnaround time for ordering products?

For apparel (clothes, hats, etc.) it usually takes about 5 business days, while for promotional products (mugs, mousepads, etc.) it can take anywhere from 10-15 business days.
